Terms of Service

Last updated: July 7, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and the operator of ProductCasework (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the ProductCasework website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ProductCasework is a product-management interview-practice platform. It provides a library of case-style practice problems, a structured answer canvas, and automated evaluation of your written answers against a scoring rubric, along with progress tracking, streaks, and related features. The Service is offered through a free tier and one or more paid subscription tiers with expanded limits and features.

3. Accounts

During the founding beta, account creation may require a valid invitation and requesting access does not guarantee an invitation. To use most features you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. One person may not maintain more than one free account to circumvent usage limits.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, annually) through our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, we will refund that payment in full. Except where required by law or covered by this guarantee, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change prices on a prospective basis with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the term you have already paid for.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the problem library, rubric, exemplars, or other Service content except as expressly permitted;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security controls;
  • submit content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that you do not have the right to submit;
  • use automated means to access the Service in a way that degrades it for other users, or interfere with its normal operation.

6. User Content & License

You retain ownership of the answers, notes, and other content you submit to the Service (“User Content”). You grant the operator of ProductCasework a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and process your User Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you — including transmitting it to our AI evaluation providers to generate scores and feedback, and to display your history back to you. We may use aggregated and de-identified information derived from User Content to maintain and improve the Service. We will not publish your individual answers publicly without your permission.

7. AI Evaluation Disclaimer

Scores, rubric feedback, and suggestions produced by the Service are generated by automated and AI-based systems and are provided for practice and guidance only. They are estimates, not professional advice, and they are not a prediction or guarantee of any interview outcome, job offer, or evaluation by any employer. AI systems can be inconsistent or wrong. You are responsible for how you use the feedback, and ProductCasework is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the companies referenced in practice tracks.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, problem library, rubric, exemplars, design, and trademarks, is owned or licensed by the operator of ProductCasework and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial interview preparation. No other rights are granted.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that feedback will be accurate.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, the operator of ProductCasework and its suppliers will not be liable FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY (INCLUDING ANY INTERVIEW OR EMPLOYMENT OUTCOME). OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD 50.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or an in-product notice) before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration or a small-claims process, to the extent permitted by law.
